Here you can securely take care of all of your costs before you arrive. We strive to keep our costs low in order to allow as many volunteers/interns the opportunity to come and work with us. Once you have submitted your application and we have responded accepting you as a volunteer/intern, we ask that you make your Volunteer Registration Fee payment.
We require volunteers/interns to pay for the one-time Volunteer Registration Fee before arrival through a wire-transfer or through Paypal. The Volunteer Registration Fee is mandatory and non-refundable. If you want, you can also pay for your accommodation and an airport pick-up from the Chennai Airport before you arrive. However, you are not required to pay these costs until your first few days with us in India. |

Paying by Paypal
Paying through your personal Paypal account is quick and easy.
Log into your Paypal account, click the 'Send Payment' tab (see screen below). Enter our e-mail address [email protected] and the amount required for your visit (calculate from "Volunteer Costs" above). If you choose to pay through Paypal, please add 8% on top of your total, as Paypal keeps a portion of the transaction so we will not receive your full payment without the addition 8%. (For example, if you calculate your payment to us should be Rs. 40,000 please multiply 40,000 X 1.08 to reach a total of Rs. 43,200.)
Please e-mail us after sending your funds so we can confirm once we have received them.

Paying by Wire-Transfer
We accept payments through a wire-transfer to our account in Pondicherry. You can do this over the internet if your bank is online or by visiting your own bank in person.
Again, we require you send the Volunteer Registration Fee of Rs.18,000/- (please make the conversion to your local currency at the time of transfer) before your arrival. If you would like, you can also send your accommodation fee and/or the taxi pick-up fee in the wire transfer as well.
If you prefer to make a wire transfer, our bank details are provided below. Kindly take care in providing correct information given below and make transfer with your own currency which is equivalent of INR. The conversion will take place at our branch in Puducherry, India.
